Job Title: Procurement Specialist IV

Location: Mountain view, CA

Duration: 12 months contract

Pay Range: USD 50.00 USD 52.00 per hr.

Job Description:

• The Procurement Specialist will be an integral part of Companys Marketing Sourcing Team and will be responsible for driving marketing-related sourcing activities across multiple spend categories in an individual contributor role. Areas of sourcing responsibility will include but are not limited to the following: strategy & research, public relations, creative, production and Media.
• This role will serve as the contact point responsible for building and managing contractual relationships with key suppliers and internal Company business owners.
• This role will support lower dollar and lower risk purchases including vendor security screenings, contract review & negotiation, RFI/RFPs, as well as price benchmarking and cost analysis.
• Basic qualifications:
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing and/or contract experience
• Experience with ERP and Source-to-Pay tools
• Experience in team environments and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfort with written and verbal communication of quantitative and qualitative information with executives
• Experience in contract development, administration, and/or management
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with several stakeholders
• Experience in negotiating deals with global vendors.
