- Evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Review and ensure adherence to residents' care plans
- Supervise Nursing Assistants, offering guidance and making necessary adjustments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians
- Document orders and pertinent information
- Current Louisiana LPN license
- Active CPR certification is a plus
- Prior experience in long-term care is preferred
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Must undergo Tuberculosis screenings as required
