    Role Overview:


    EZ Texting is on the hunt for a Sales Manager who embodies our core values: customer-centric, celebratory, collaborative, credible, and committed.

    You'll be at the helm of our dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team, Sales, and Post-Sales Teams, steering them toward smashing quarterly targets for pipeline and bookings.

    Your role is pivotal—you'll work hand-in-hand with Team Leads to keep a close eye on daily activities, ensuring optimal performance and providing expert coaching.

    You'll also play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing EZ Texting's sales and retention strategies, significantly expanding the teams' influence and outcomes.

    Primary Responsibilities:


    Lead and oversee remote teams composed of Account Managers (AM), Account Executives (AE), Sales Development Representatives (SDR), and Customer Success (CSM), ensuring they are aligned and effectively managed.

    Foster a team environment that is customer-focused, celebratory, collaborative, credible, and committed, enhancing both team cohesion and customer satisfaction.
    Provide daily coaching to foster professional growth. This includes regular one-on-one meetings, reviewing calls, and engaging in co-selling activities to sharpen skills and improve performance.
    Evaluate and refine team processes and procedures regularly to identify and seize opportunities for improvement, ensuring operational excellence.

    Motivate the team and enhance their product knowledge through ongoing education and counseling, fostering a deeper understanding and stronger sales strategies.

    Gain a deep understanding of the subtleties between different customers and product offerings to tailor strategies that meet diverse needs.

    Drive team growth by recruiting, onboarding, and training new members, continuously infusing new talent into the team.

    Work closely with essential partners such as the Carrier, Marketing, and Support Teams to ensure a unified approach to business goals.

    Provide precise and detailed forecasts of the pipeline and bookings, enabling better strategic planning and resource allocation.
    Requirements


    4 years or more of experience in sales management, leading teams to build and manage effective sales pipelines and revenue generation.

    Well-trained in renowned sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, or SPIN, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales techniques and strategies.

    Demonstrate experience in initiating and successfully negotiating customer contracts, showcasing strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

    A proven track record of enhancing customer experience through effective onboarding processes aimed at increasing product adoption, expansion, and retention.

    Extensive background in hiring, training, and empowering teams for success. This includes strong performance management skills with a metrics-based approach, particularly in a remote work environment.

    The ability and enthusiasm to provide daily coaching, including tactical management of representatives and shadowing customer communications across calls, emails, and texts.


    Experience with following tools:
    Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
    Continuous learner in your field; podcasts, books, groups, articles, conferences, etc...
    BA/BS degree or equivalent.
    What We Offer

    Compensation:


    The starting cash compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $190,000, inclusive of Base Salary + Variable Target, vs base salary only.

    This position is also eligible for equity & benefits. More information will be shared regarding your specific location during the hiring process.
    Our compensation market ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

    The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum cash compensation target for new hire compensation for this position based in the US.

    Exact individual pay is determined by actual location, skills, capabilities and experience in addition to our benchmarking factors.
