    As a senior manager on the US Beverage Team supporting the Licensed Store (LS) business – a multibillion-dollar business with 6,750 stores (41% of total US), you will play a pivotal role as the licensed store business expert connecting innovation strategy with business management to enable a cohesive beverage and brand experience across Company Operated and Licensed Stores in the US.

    You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders and the broader beverage team to develop LS go-to-market strategies that will inspire and delight our licensees and customers while fueling the engine of the Starbucks beverage business.

    Additionally, you will have opportunities to support the development of promotional beverages and lead strategy and innovation on our Blended Category, a $2B+ business.

    As a senior product manager, Beverage , you will...

    ~ Drive growth for Starbucks, translating beverage opportunities into LS customer-centric propositions.

    ~ Bring beverage strategies to life for our licensees, proactively seeking out opportunities and funneling them back into our beverage strategies.

    ~ Collaborate cross functionally to enable beverage innovation by clearing hurdles and creating solutions for a diverse network of licenses with unique needs.

    ~ Create structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations.

    ~ Embody our mission and values through helping others succeed, coaching, and building trust across groups.

    5-7 years experience in marketing, brand management or product innovation

    ~ Project leadership in a cross-functional environment, 4+ years

    ~ Progressive experience leading the development and implementation of new or existing products or strategies

    ~ 4+ years' experience developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences

    ~ Strong financial analysis, data analysis and modeling skills

    ~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience required

    ~ MBA Strongly preferred
