    Regional Float Pool RN - Full Time - Nights

    The Registered Nurse in Mercy's Regional Float Pool utilizes theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients. This position requires flexibility and variety with the opportunity to strengthen clinical assessment and critical thinking skills by collaborating with diverse care teams and patient populations.

    • Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
    • Candidates must be willing to float to multiple facilities within the regional footprint of their home hospital.

    Position Details:

    Mercy Hospitals: Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and Surrounding Communities. Department: Regional Float Pool, Status: Full-Time, Shift: Nights.
