Duties

As a Lead Equal Employment Specialist, you will:

• Exercise leadership regarding day-to-day functions of a division staff and provides technical supervision.
• Provide advice and/or consultant services to EEO Officers, Program Managers, EEO liaisons, managers and supervisors on EEO concepts, theories, requirements and broad problems concerning EEO.
• Represent the Division and the Office within HUD and in liaison with other Federal, state, and local governments.
• Conduct legal and technical review of work products.
