We are seeking a Sales Manager Account Manager to join our team You will drive National Construction Sales by developing existing relationship and fostering new ones in conjunction with Account Management. Build long standing relationships with key customers.

Must be willing to travel - customer's are based nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Increase Division Revenue by % annually
• Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Enhance customer relations and coordinate customer networking events
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Construction Industry Experience
• Familiarity with CRM platform
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Team skills
