    Job DescriptionOverview:Our client, a reputable skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility in Haskell, TX, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to assume a leadership role within their therapy program. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population, contributing to the overall health and well-being of individuals undergoing rehabilitation.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Lead In-House Therapy Program:
    • Take charge of the facility's therapy program, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients and residents.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
    1. Program Development and Implementation:
    • Develop and implement specialized therapy programs designed to address a range of orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions.
