    Job Description As we expand and grow our offices and team in the area, we are looking to seek highly skilled General Dentists ready to take on the needs of high patient volume practice Our practice is perfect for a General Dentist to expand on their clinical skills in all aspects of comprehensive dentistry.

    This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a new start in their dental career, or somebody who is just graduating with their Dental degree.

    Job brief We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable General Dentis t to join our team The ideal fit for the role will have a strong patient focus and be knowledgeable about general dental hygiene and other concerns.

    The focus of the role is to provide general dental care such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and scaling and polishing to patients, along with other more complex procedures.


    Responsibilities:
    Consult with patients to ascertain their dental concerns or problems.
    Carry out investigation and assessments of the patient's oral health, including visual exams, x-rays, etc.
    Make a diagnosis of problems affecting patients' teeth, gums, or jaw bone structures.
    Perform required procedures to help alleviate pain or fix broken or decaying teeth.

    Perform general dental procedures such as; fillings, root canals, x-rays, scale and polish, fluoride coating, obtain molds of teeth, consult for dental implants or false teeth, and tooth extraction.

    Educate patients on proper tooth and gum health and how to maintain healthy teeth.
    Keep up-to-date dental records for all patients.
    Prescribe painkillers or antibiotics when needed.
    Maintain a clean, hygienic working office and clinic.
    Use all medical and dental equipment as needed.
    Make referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists when needed.
    Work in line with patient confidentiality guidelines at all times.


    Qualifications:
