- Coordinate the timely issue/distribution/response of documents to the Contractor
- Coordinate/maintain control of Site Instructions

- Experience in contract management, subcontract administration, and/or procurement
- Strong understanding of contracting principles and legal terms
- Broad understanding of the construction industry
- Experience with administering the Request for Proposal (RFP) process

TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance Required
This role supports our Client in enhancing business performance, delivering shareholder value, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities include supporting Contract Administrators, participating in bid preparation, enforcing contract terms, and assisting with contract closeouts. The position involves negotiating contract terms, coordinating technical scopes of work, leading internal RFP meetings, managing post-award activities, and ensuring contract compliance.
The salary range is $90,000 to $122,000.
This is an onsite role in Aurora, CO.
