    Position Overview: As an Overnight Warehouse Team Member, you will perform essential functions to ensure the smooth receiving, stocking, and shipping of tires and wheels for all our store locations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll help maintain high productivity levels in our warehouse operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Unloading incoming deliveries safely and efficiently.
    • Storing inventory accurately in designated areas.
    • Keeping the unloading area and warehouse clean and organized.
    • Assisting route drivers with loading as required.
    • Preparing the dock for next day's stock order.
    • Checking overflow and returns area for inventory needs.
    • Picking tire stock orders as necessary.
    • Maintaining accurate inventory records in the WMS computer system.
    • Ensuring tires and items are loaded correctly into trucks.
    • Completing other projects and duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • No prior warehouse experience required, but it is a plus
    • Strong attendance record.
    • Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Positive mindset and a "can-do" approach.
    • Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
    • Willingness to learn to operate an RF Scanner.

    Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
    • Comfort with repetitive bending, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
    • Stamina to stand and walk for 90% of the workday.
    • Capability to operate material handling equipment safely.
    • Willingness to work in extreme temperatures inside trailers and containers.
    • Ability to work in a loud environment.
