- Conducting detailed inspections of components and assemblies against pre-defined quality standards and specifications.
- Reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and schematics to ensure product compliance.
- Working closely with the Aerospace & Defense sectors, ensuring all products meet the stringent quality standards of these industries.
- Conducting regular quality audits and inspections, identifying non-conformances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Utilizing precision measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
- Working cross-functionally with the engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve quality processes.
- Preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate documentation of quality control activities.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality inspection and machining.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a quality inspection role within the engineering industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense sectors, with a strong understanding of their quality standards and requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in machining and the use of precision measurement tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
