    The Role: Recruiting Coordinator



    • Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage job postings across platforms

    • Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates and interviewers

    • Review resumes and support early-stage candidate assessment

    • Maintain accuracy of ATS records and communicate with candidates

    • Evaluate interview feedback to ensure timely decision-making


      • i‌Participate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to maintain hiring momentum. Identify operational gaps within recruiting workflows.​
