RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Originate, research write produce and edit news segments. Collaborate with national assignment editors reporters writers and executive producers while making editorial and content decisions in accordance with CBS guidelines standards Work both in control room demonstrating adaptability composure in fast paced situations including breaking news Oversight editing script writing creation of news graphics Time programs segments good sense pacing energy urgency Embrace change innovation constantly seeking new ideas approaches connect audience Exhibit strong editorial judgment effective communication critical thinking skills Uphold impeccable grammar spelling attention detail all produced ensuring active conversational style writing Exhibit strong editorial judgment effective communication critical thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven background journalism television production including solid news judgment rundown management concise broadcast writing.
