    SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

    • Competitive Starting Pay Range $$20-$22/hr based on experience and career advancement opportunities
    • Weekly Pay/Direct deposit
    • Sick Pay
    • Paid orientation and ongoing training (including Dementia Training Program)
    • Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

    • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
    • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
