    Hospitalist Medical Director

    Permanent / full time / employed

    Ashland, Oregon

    We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Hospitalist Medical Director to join our team in Ashland, Oregon. This is a full-time position with flexible block scheduling and you will provide coverage of inpatient shifts as well as serve as the Medical Director for the Hospitalist program.

    THE DETAILS

    ** Flexible block scheduling

    ** Competitive compensation of $1614 per shift

    ** Performance incentives up to 16% of base compensation starting year 2

    ** $25,000 signing bonus

    ** $15,000 relocation assistance

    ** $5,000 annual CME allotment

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ** All physicians must have hospitalist and administrative experience

    ** Leadership experience as a Medical Director or another equivalent role

    ** Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine

    ** MD or DO license (or eligible) in Oregon is required

    ** This employer will assist with sponsorship
