- Work with management to oversee owner and guest services and fulfill owner and guest requests
- Assist with all aspects of maintenance, housekeeping management, and vendor relationships
- Assist with housekeeping as needed to ensure homes are ready for guest arrival
- Ensure all homes are up to NR brand standards by addressing deferred maintenance issues
- Gain full knowledge of and maintain all operational systems and services in rental properties as required including gas, HVAC, electrical, entertainment, water, sewage supply etc.
- Provide open, honest, and timely communication to all departments and central teams
- Manage any stocks of consumable items such as lightbulbs, batteries, dishes, etc. efficiently and within budget, assigning appropriate charges to owners as required by applicable deadlines
- Perform basic mechanical and electronic repairs including but not limited to:
- Reset Wi-Fi routers and modems
- Reset and program cable and satellite TV receivers
- Perform light plumbing and painting repairs
- Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and inventory of the property, and in conjunction with owners, replace items where necessary using approved suppliers and equipment
- Conduct property inspections within a timeline outlined by the General Manager and as outlined in our management agreements
- Work closely with vendors to schedule and supervise subcontracted work as needed
- 2 + years experience in hospitality, property management, or other related field
- Valid driver's license, 3+ years of driving experience and good driving record
- Strong mechanical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of home systems
- Ability to use hand and basic power tools
- Strong local knowledge of Big Sky and surrounding area
- Ability to manage fluctuating workload and delete and assign work to other team members
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated
- Ability to manager time effectively and meet deadlines
- Team player who is flexible and open to feedback and continued growth
- Degree in hospitality or related field

Property Managers are expected to extend the highest level of service to our owners and guests in order to ensure satisfaction with their experience.
