    Description

    Vallure Agency, one of the most respected and rapidly growing digital marketing agencies focused on lifestyle, interior design, hospitality, real estate, wineries, and lifestyle, is expanding our award-winning team We are seeking a part-time Digital Specialist to join our creative marketing team as a 1099 staff member. Our ideal candidate will have the skill set and experience in digital strategy, multi-channel campaign management, email marketing, social media content, influencer marketing, and a detailed understanding of digital best practices.

    This is a mid-level position with a pay range of $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience) with room for rapid growth within our firm. We are looking for a candidate eager to grow with a talented boutique team and dive into a variety of projects as we grow our client roster. This person will report to our Digital Lead and work closely with our Digital Team and Project Managers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with our Digital Lead, strategists, and project managers in managing our internal project management tool, Asana, to ensure all tasks are set up correctly and we're meeting our timelines and budgets
    • Light project management work, like organization, process improvements, and supporting the project team to ensure agency success
    • Represents the digital team and its work product, ensuring high quality strategic thinking and results and will also be asked to present on client meetings
    • Strong data knowledge and leadership to guide our campaigns with deep digital marketing understanding toward client goals
    • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Knowledgeable in Google Tag Manager, Keyword research, SEO/SEM, Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and other digital marketing best practices
    • Leading campaigns by creating briefs for the creative team, managing campaign optimizations, timelines, deliverables, and client goals alongside the Digital Lead and Project Manager
    • Supports our Campaign Manager by monitoring digital dashboard of several different accounts, reviewing campaign performance, and providing recommendations
    • Consistently monitors and reports on performance metrics of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
    • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
    • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, funnels, performance, and overall strategies to ensure account goal alignment
    • May be required to provide content thought leadership and work collaboratively with our copywriter and creative team
    • Developing content strategies, to ensure that the brand message is consistent for all accounts
    • Support and collaborate with our Influencer Manager to review content strategies and evaluate ways to continually improve our service offering
    • Support our digital marketing team with tasks that range from research, reporting, presentation creation, copywriting, and more
    • Support with reviewing emails created by the design team, testing links, and ensuring all details are thoroughly executed and sending test emails to our internal team for proofing
    • Scheduling email campaigns when needed and supporting with segmentation or email campaign set up
    • Collaborate with our team to ensure all plans and campaigns align with client goals
    • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
    • Stay alert on digital trends to ensure we're providing the best quality work for our client partners

    Qualifications / Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in social media marketing, digital marketing, communications, or similar discipline
    • 2+ years of professional social media marketing experience
    • Proficiency with social media softwares, such as Canva, Unfold, Planoly, Buffer, and Sprout Social. Confident in design skills to support simple client social content (mostly stories)
    • Experience with email marketing softwares like MailChimp, Omnisend, FloDesk, Hubspot, and Klaviyo
    • Experience with reporting using tools like Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, DashThis, SEMRush
    • Knowledge of marketing platforms like Facebook Business/Ad Manager, Facebook Commerce, Google My Business, Google AdWords, is a plus
