- Achieves the sales quota which is discussed and agreed between the incumbent and management.
- Travels through assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers, and to attend trade shows for
- Develops new businesses through introduction of the company and product positioning.
- Researches and compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from
- Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by Company management.
- Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
- Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
- Maintains good communication with supervisors, other staff members, customers and others.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area including any work conducted at customer sites.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or equivalent from fouryear college or university; or 5+ years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Flexible working hours (evenings and weekends as needed)
- Able to travel (overseas and domestic travel)
- A few years of sales experience (aerospace or telecom industry preferred but open to other relevant industries)
- Eager, proactive personality and willingness to learn
