    **POSITION SUMMARY**

    Transports materials and equipment to and from facility.

    **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

    Deliver finished products to customers.

    Pick up parts and raw materials from vendors and deliver to facility for production.

    Maintain Department of Transportation logbook.

    Track mileage and hours as per Department of Transportation regulations.

    Report and schedule maintenance and repair of company truck.

    Responsible for loading and unloading company truck and properly securing all loads.

    Operate forklift for loading and unloading purposes.

    Salary range is $15 to $19 per hour. Stewart & Stevenson offers a comprehensive benefit package, that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Plus, vacation, sick time, and holiday pay.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and one to two years related experience

    Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. The trait of being dependable and trustworthy. Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word. Ability to take care of the customers needs while following company procedures. Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
