Job summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Systems Analyst to support, administer and enhance enterprise systems critical to business operations. This role serves as a key liaison between technology end users and external vendors ensuring systems remain stable efficient and aligned with business needs.Responsibilities
- System Administration & Application Support Administer configure and support enterprise systems applications Manage user access permissions security roles Perform routine system maintenance upgrades enhancements Monitor system performance troubleshoot operational issues End User & Technical Support Provide end user phone deskside support for software system issues Diagnose resolve application system data-related issues Document incidents resolutions best practices Train users on system functionality process improvements Data Reporting & BI Write optimize SQL queries to support reporting analysis Support maintain BI tools dashboards Partner with business users gather reporting data requirements Mortgage Platform Support Administer Encompass MSP Black Knight systems Assist workflow configuration enhancements Support integrations updates vendor-driven releases Vendor Stakeholder Management Act point contact third-party vendors service providers Coordinate issue resolution enhancements system improvements Gather requirements communicate business needs vendors Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities enhance streamline software processes Participate testing upgrades change management activities Contribute documentation knowledge base development
