    As the Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in driving success by developing, implementing, and executing impactful reporting and ad hoc analytics. Collaborating closely with Business and Analytics leaders, this role spearheads the creation of standardized reporting and conducts insightful ad hoc analyses to support the company's objectives. Coaching and developing team members are also integral responsibilities, ensuring continuous enhancement of business knowledge and analytical capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • People Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering their growth and development.
    • End-to-End Analysis: Independently design and oversee analyses, ensuring they address stakeholders' needs effectively and are completed within set timelines.
    • Actionable Insights: Communicate and present analytical findings in a compelling manner, driving actionable outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key partners such as business teams and IT to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Ad-Hoc Projects: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and projects as requested, leveraging the Analytic Team's capabilities.
    • Strategic Consultation: Provide strategic guidance to the company by interpreting data to support informed decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and over 3 years of relevant reporting and dashboard development experience.
    • Demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports.
    • Ability to translate vague requirements into actionable insights and improvements.
    • Proficiency in SQL development/scripting (preferably with Amazon Redshift) and experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau for report and dashboard development.
    • Familiarity with building workflows in Alteryx.
    • Knowledge of Quick Serve Restaurant business and operations is advantageous.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
