- Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments, understanding recommended services, and answering any questions or concerns
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations based on vehicle issues, warranty coverage, and anticipated costs
- Generate estimates and invoices for services and parts, ensuring accurate pricing and proper documentation
- Execute all transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide updates and work closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Manage inventory levels, order parts as needed, and maintain accurate records of all parts transactions
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs or services needed
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously maintain and update knowledge of vehicle components, technology, and service processes to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge and stay up to date on industry developmentsRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, and additional education or training in automotive technology or customer service preferred
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in computer skills and experience using automotive service and parts software
- Knowledge and understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes

Job Summary:
The Auto Service Advisor & Parts role at Friendly Acura of Middletown is a dynamic and essential position within our fast-paced dealership.
This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also supporting our technicians and ensuring efficient operation of our parts department.
As a member of our team, the Auto Service Advisor & Parts will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellence in the auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
