    is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide leadership to the accounting team, and oversight to all aspects of financial planning including accounting functions, financial analysis & reporting, forecasting, budget management, cash flow planning, compliance, and financial relationships.

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the overall financial management and will align with and reinforce organizational core values and culture.

    Additionally, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for providing guidance for M&A initiatives and in scaling the organization.

    A successful track record of developing people and a highly cohesive team is essential to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role.

    Officer

    (CFO) Position qualifications :

    ·

    A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, required
    ·

    Public accounting experience and/or CPA licensure, preferred
    ·

    A seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience providing leadership to a cohesive team in a multi-location organization, essential
    ·

    Experience in distribution, strongly preferred
    ·

    M&A experience and post-acquisition integration, a plus
    ·

    Proficiency with technology including ERP Software, required
    ·

    Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
    ·

    Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
