    The Training Associate Director is responsible for supporting the oversight of all Training related activities within the Global Regulatory Affairs organization.

    The Training Associate Director will report directly to the Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance and Business Operations.

    Stay abreast of training best practices and evaluate internal practices by gathering and analyzing data, working with internal shareholders to identify organizational gaps and implement programs or processes to meet those needs.

    Partner with learning colleagues across the organization in the creation and implementation of Vertex University to help drive a culture of continuous learning.

    Manage vendor relationships, providing ongoing coaching and feedback while ensuring the completion of work in a timely and efficient manner.

    Manage Global Regulatory Affairs onboarding program, ensuring materials are kept up to date for optimal new hire experience.
    Strong presentation and exceptional training delivery & facilitation skills
    Ability to quickly respond to evolving organization and business demands
    Direct experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning
    Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and eLearning applications
    Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field
    Typically requires 8 years of learning and development and training experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    Specialized experience in adult learning with expertise in designing and delivering live and e-learning training and development content.
    Experience in managing learning vendors and working with learning consultants.
