    Job Title:

    Business Development Executive

    Summary:

    The Business Development Executive will secure Bulk/R.O.E. agreements in multi-dwelling and single-family home communities, focusing on Fision Home products and services. This role involves managing a territory, generating leads, and conducting presentations to property managers and decision makers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage an assigned territory of potential MDU and SFU communities for lead generation, prospect maximization, and new agreement securing.
    • Assist account management in renegotiating or extending service agreements with existing Hotwire communities.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned lead generation and sales quota.
    • Conduct presentations to property managers, boards of directors, developers, consultants, or decision makers choosing telecommunications services.
    • Create proposals or respond to RFP questionnaires in a timely manner, providing professional follow-up on all business opportunities.
    • Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts align with negotiated business points, delivering them timely and within expectations.
    • Attend community events, tradeshows, associations, and networking events for potential business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and event team to deliver sales demonstrations and tours.
    • Be a subject matter expert on market competition and trends affecting our business locally.
    • Participate in launching new communities, working with the launch team to manage projects according to expectations set during negotiations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
    • At least five years' experience in a business development role within the telecommunications industry.
    • Previous experience selling telecommunications services and negotiating long-term agreements, with a focus on bulk service arrangements.
    • Outdoor sales experience and/or local property management/real estate/developer contacts are beneficial.
    • Demonstrated success in quota attainment and relevant KPIs.
    • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently within company guidelines.
    • Flexible, proactive, and able to present to clients professionally and effectively.
    • Regular attendance is essential, including nights, weekends, and flexible schedules based on business needs.
