Job Description

Insight Global is seeking to hire a mid to junior level Systems Integration Engineer to support a high-tech international provider of communication and information systems for air traffic management.

This position will sit onsite in Columbia, MD and will work within a systems engineering team to support a major customer program.

This team will be responsible for automating deployment, configuration, and monitoring of hardware/software systems, as well as act as the intermediate engineers between the systems architect team and the production team.

Additional responsibilities include:

Occasionally taking part in physical deployment such as integrating racks with the customers infrastructure Collaborate with internal teams (program management, hardware & software development, solution architects, test engineering, field engineering, production) Hands-on integration of software and hardware components such as software installation and configuration, network configuration, and telecom hardware integration.

This person really will be working as the liaison between the production team and solutions team. Looking for someone who has the integration experience being focused in both hardware and software.

Compensation :
$100,000/hr to $120,000/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
