The FIFA World Cup 26 will mark the first time that the tournament features 48 teams and will be hosted by three countries: Canada, Mexico and the USA. This new format redefines excellence,Reporting organizationally to the Manager Accommodation in Miami The Coordinator Accommodation will help serve accommodation efforts for the FIFA World Cup.
Coordination lodging hotel related arrangements event ensuring smooth comfortable experience teams participants attendees Further role have range responsibilities including contracting hotels coordinating inventory F B AV meetings space reconciling reporting Main responsibilities include Contract hotels ensuring they meet quality standards core group requirements Ensure hotels comply contractual obligations Execute tasks addendums necessary adjustments hotel contracts Coordinate reservations rooming lists changes requests core groups Provide excellent customer service official tournament guests Coordinate hotel room blocks meeting space F B AV group requirements hotel communications reservation management Provide resources information guests create presentation materials Support booking reservation process guests Keep all necessary internal external reporting update Ensure held inventory accordance remaining demand Attend site visits familiarize hotels tour constituent groups Coordinate reconciliation billing closeout hotels groups Support address unforeseen changes cancellations emergencies accommodation arrangements Build strong relationships designated groups provide excellent experience within overall accommodation strategy Consider operational aspects coordinating Hotel industry establish relationships provide best overall value FIFA Ensure records accommodation bookings rooming lists related information comply data integrity protection regulations Coordination various ancillary projects leadup World Cup
