    Summary:
    The main function of a Digital Merchandising program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as merchandising, product marketing, sales, and product management to drive customer experience and conversion for Reality Labs Global Sales.

    The purpose of this role is to manage the Accessory hardware merchandising category for RL Global Sales specifically online and VR Store app as part of the DTC Digital Merchandising team. This person will be responsible for managing multiple accessories projects in addition to site experiments, new feature and product launches and performance measurement. They will assist the Digital Merchandising team with project management and tracking of programs across the global sales and channel experiences roadmap.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Drive project management of accessories merchandising program across DTC and online website.
    • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of Digital Merchandising activities.
    • Coordinate and manage regularly scheduled reviews of performance of programs across the business to key internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
    • Identify A/B testing to test and drive improvements of digital merchandising programs and marketing messaging and partner with creative and product marketing to execute
    • Manage Merchandising Calendar to include all site updates, new features, product launches, and experiments
    • Collaborate with multiple XFNs to complete end-to-end launches of projects; Partner teams include marketing, product & engineering, analytics, sales, creative, product marketing
    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
    Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
    • Experience in ecommerce preferred
    Reality labs global retail team (in global sales)
    Support DTC channel (direct to consumer/ first party) - manage all sales
    • Function is digital merchandising
    • Responsible for product, placement, driving conversions and sales of hardware and software products (apps and games) and services.
    • manage category pages and product detail pages
    Day to day:
    • Help support the accessories hardware business tied to AR/VR
    • Link cables, charging docs, 3rd party products and 1st party products
    • Responsible for PM tied to these
    Candidate Requirements
    Must-Have HARD Skills
    • Familiarity with analyzing data
    • impact and delivery (quantifiable impact) (driven sales, KPIs specified, attach rates, percentage uplifts)
    • Experience in digital merchandising space (ecommerce space or .com) (first party branded site)
    Nice-to-have Skills
    • product manager/ product marketing manager experience with interest in business side
    • ecommerce in big tech company
    • working cross functionally (engineering teams, product managers, data scientist, data engineers, marketing, operations teams, product marketing teams)
