Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager/Business and Financial Operations Specialist to manage and execute systems engineering-based solutions on multiple projects

Note:

This role is contingent upon proposal award and slated to begin in approximately June of 2024 Duties/ Responsibilities Apply systems engineering principles in conducting input, editing and review of various task sponsor program objectives and requirements.

Assist government users as needed to refine requirements and finalize documentation.

Provide inputs and recommendations for development, incorporation, and revision of all PMO technical processes, guidance, instructions, and contract technical documentation.

Required Skills/Abilities Must be a U.S
Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.

At least 7 years of hands-on experience in direct supervision of major efforts in the analysis, design, development, integration, training, testing, documenting, and implementing complex solutions or technical systems.

Experience in systems or requirements analysis, design, or programming.
Leadership skills to provide advice, guidance and/or counsel to leaders, peers, and/or subordinates based on analysis efforts.
Supervisory skills for managing information engineers
Preferred Skills/Abilities Active Top Secret clearance
DHS/S&T experience
Experience working with PMO staff
Experience developing procurement packages
Familiarity with reviewing and evaluating statements of work describing requirements and overall scope
Proficiency in reviewing and evaluating Technical Execution Plans (TEP)
Communication skills to articulate recommendations and inputs for technical processes, guidance, instructions, and contract documentation
Understanding of government requirements for systems engineering support and studies and analysis support
Experience contributing to PMO briefs and participating in internal reviews

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 7 years, preferred 9 years' experience in managing complex programmatic and/or technical efforts At least 7 years of hands-on experience in direct supervision of major efforts in the analysis, design, development, integration, training, testing, documenting, and implementing complex solutions or technical systems B.

M.B.A., M.A., or M.S

Degree preferred Travel Requirement:
Quarterly CONUS and OCONUS travel anticipated
Local travel is also anticipated to support this task order and is defined in accordance with federal travel regulations.
Representative destinations include FFRDC PMO conferences, workshops, off-site meetings, speaking engagements, and travel to other research facilities.
