    Job Title: Call Center Representative

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a customer-oriented and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
    2. Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
    3. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
    4. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
    5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
    6. Meet customer service deadlines and deliverables as outlined in service level agreements.
    7. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
    8. Provide feedback and suggestions on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements:

    1. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
    2. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
    3. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
    4. Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.
    5. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    6. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
    7. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    8. Availability to work in shifts.
