- Serve as the primary engagement manager overseeing billing, realization, and collections.
- Utilize available technology and resources effectively to enhance project outcomes.
- Participate in decision-making with clients to determine tax objectives and methodologies.
- Develop and train Managers, Seniors, and Staff in technical tax expertise.
- Execute a business development plan to expand client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- CPA or Bar License required
- Experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- Expertise in corporate, partnership, individual or trust and estate taxation required
- Proven market-facing skills to develop new business and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
