    We are SynergyLabs, a rapidly growing pet product manufacturer, and we're searching for a self-motivated and pet-passionate Social Media Strategist to join our team and help us connect with pet parents everywhere.

    As our


    Social Media Strategist , you'll be the voice behind our brand on social media, driving engagement, building community, and building long-lasting partnerships.

    The pet care industry has exploded with more than 70% of US households owning a pet.

    The increase in pet ownership coupled with a need for high-quality products, has SynergyLabs well-positioned for whatever the future holds.


    Our bestselling brands can be found on store shelves from Walmart, Target, and Tractor Supply to Amazon, and many others.

    We are focused on nailing the omnichannel experience by meeting consumers where they are – driving to retail or supporting our ecommerce partners.

    We manufacture our best-in-class grooming products, supplements, dental hygiene, shed control and much more and our owned state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Carolina.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok for all SynergyLabs brands.

    Develop content strategies and messaging to effectively reach and engage pet parents.

    Create engaging and compelling content, including posts, stories, and videos that align with our brand voice and resonate with pet parents.

    Manage social media accounts and communities, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and engagement.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that leverage social media.

    Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, measure the success of campaigns, and optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas and approaches into our strategies.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing are a plus.
    Proven experience in social media marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
    Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content creation.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the success of social media initiatives.
    Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
    This is an in-office position located at our Corporate office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
