    Position Overview:

    The marketing coordinator will be responsible for supporting HVAC and plumbing businesses by creating and distributing traditional and digital marketing content. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in working with management and the team to craft and execute a marketing plan and will work to develop new marketing ideas and strategies to grow revenue and profitability.

    Here's what you will be doing:

    • Implement and manage the marketing plan to support company goals.
    • Drive growth through new customer acquisitions and maintaining existing customers.
    • Create a yearly company marketing budget and reconcile the budget monthly.
    • Manage all digital and marketing agency relationships.
    • Maintain and develop marketing plans for the company.
    • Make sure messaging is applied consistently and correctly in all marketing efforts.
    • Develop a clear understanding of all marketing activities to measure and understand their effectiveness.
    • Manage our online presence and respond to all online reviews.
    • Continually monitor the company website (including mobile) to ensure accuracy and to maintain fresh content that enhances SEO.
    • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns consistently.
    • Coordinate any direct mail campaigns.
    • Manage and create content for our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
    • Conduct a weekly Marketing meeting to review marketing results.
    • Work closely with the call center manager to ensure the 3-day call board is managed effectively.
    • Other duties as required.
    Requirements:

    Here is what we are looking for:

    • Strong marketing internship required
    • Degree in marketing, graphic design, or communications is preferred but not required.
    • Experience managing agencies and vendors.
    • Passionate about marketing.
    • Self-motivated, creative, and curious
    • Someone who will take ownership of the business outcomes that marketing enables.
    • Strong aptitude for writing, design, planning, organization, and interpersonal communication
    • Creative thinker, detail-oriented and organized.
    • Social Media management experience.
    • Experience with traditional media buys (radio, broadcast TV, billboards, direct mail).
    • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once.
    • Must possess a sense of urgency.
    • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.
    • Must have the ability to work independently to follow through on projects, and communicate clearly.
