Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 / year
Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of facilities operations or maintenance management experience
- Experience coordinating maintenance and repair contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher as required)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact with full authority to act on all aspects of the task order
- Provide overall contract oversight to ensure successful execution of all Statement of Work (SOW) requirements
- Oversee performance, staffing, and deliverables across all assigned labor categories and duty locations
- Ensure contractor personnel meet qualification requirements and performance standards outlined in the SOW
- Coordinate closely with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding performance, deliverables, and issue resolution
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and security requirements
- Oversee staffing transitions, onboarding, and performance management of contractor personnel
- Assign and manage Contract Site Leads and alternates for designated Regional Offices
- Ensure contract-level reporting requirements are submitted accurately and on time
- Manage contract risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted support services
- Coordinate telework agreements and ensure compliance with hours of operation requirements
- Oversee compliance with training, security, and administrative requirements
- Ensure all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) is properly managed and returned upon employee separation
- Support resolution of performance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required
