Our knowledge and fun create a memorable experience for our patients. The LPN Visit Nurse plays a key role in direct nursing care in the patient home.What s in it for me? Location:

Hours/days:
You will build your schedule based on the cases you take (PT or FT)

Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services. Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and patient education.
