MUST HAVE CVOR experience Shift is 06:30-17:00, call- every 4th weekend from 5p Fri-06:30 Monday and one night a week RN Job Description Summary Work Experience (Basic): 2 years of acute care RN experience Work Experience (Desired): None Education (Required): Diploma or Associate Education (Desired): Certification (Required): Registered Nurse Certification (Desired): Facility: Norton Audubon Hospital Unit Name/Type of unit: Surgery Selling points for the unit: 4 excellent CV surgeons # beds/procedures: 3 CV OR's Patient ratio: 1/1 Does RN need to know how to read tele strips? Yes, basic rhythms Top diagnosis/procedures: TAVR's, Laser Lead extractions, CABG, Convergent procedure, LVAD placement, ECMO, Impella placement, Balloon pump placement, valve repair/replacement Common equipment used: ESU, Suction/Dornaek, Laser, monitors Does RN need to be able to titrate medication? No Common medications given: Some conscious sedation medications, i.e. Versed, Fentanyl EPIC Charting Scrub Color (are they provided): Hospital owned Required Skills:
