    Job Description

    Job DescriptionAppleOne has partnered with an outstanding non-profit organization looking for a Director of Philanthropy. This is a direct hire role.


    Description:

    • Lead staff in marketing and development efforts
    • Manage annual giving campaigns
    • Manage the grants management process
    • Special events management
    • Oversee recruitment process, and onboarding and training of selected staff
    • Excellent time management

    Experience:

    • Donor engagement, relationship management
    • Financial and business management, resource planning and management
    • Positive leadership and supervisory style, ability to identify areas of improvement and provide course correction
    • Customer service minded, team player, sound decision making processes

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of related experience.
    Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

    Background check, drug screen, Live Scan, and medical examination/physical upon hire.
