    Account Manager

    Overview:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise day-to-day security operations at an assigned client site
    • Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support
    • Ensure high-quality security services are provided to protect people and property
    • Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
    • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites and meet or exceed financial and operational goals while providing quality customer service

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
    • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience
    • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience (depending on the size/scope of the client)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Salary up to $62,400 per year based on experience
