Job summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for advocating for and allocating resources to promote efficient nursing care based on current standards of practice. They assist with managing personnel, budgeting, strategic planning and regulatory standards.Responsibilities
- Assists in development of PI Plan initiatives.
- Demonstrates knowledge of job standards and holds subordinates accountable.
- Provides feedback/counseling and assists with discipline as appropriate.
