    General Manager of F&B Operations:
    Winchester, VA
    We're seeking a highly experienced General Manager of F&B Operations to lead our team in Winchester, VA. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high-volume F&B management with a focus on entertainment venues.

    You'll be responsible for the overall performance of all F&B operations, including team leadership, P&L management, guest satisfaction, and team development.


    Responsibilities:
    As our General Manager of F&B Operations, you'll be responsible for:

    Overseeing all aspects of F&B operations, including multiple facets of the business, such as restaurants, bars, and event spaces

    Leading and managing a large team of employees, including the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager and FOH Managers

    Ensuring all departments are achieving their respective objectives and targets

    Managing and tracking P&L reports, forecasting budgets, and developing strategies to improve profitability

    Ensuring exceptional guest experiences through service and quality standards

    Developing new marketing strategies and initiatives to drive revenue and growRequirements:


    Our ideal candidate will have:
    5+ years of experience in high volume F&B management, preferably in an entertainment venue setting

    Strong P&L management experience

    Proven team leadership and development skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    A commitment to guest satisfaction and quality service standards
