Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Financial Performance:
Collaborate with Division and Region leadership to enhance profitability through strategic goal setting and performance management initiatives.
Develop strategies for improving margins, pricing, working capital, and operating expenses to positively impact EBITDA and Operating Income.
Oversee financial and operational management reporting to provide insights into Division financial performance compared to budget and forecast.
Ensuring Financial IntegrityInteract with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor and enforce compliance with Company financial policies and internal accounting controls.
Conduct reviews of operations in collaboration with Internal Audit to maintain financial discipline and integrity.
Leadership And Talent DevelopmentHire, coach, and train associates to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Division.
Lead changes in structure, technology, and processes to enhance the capabilities of the Divisions Business Support Center.
Building Strategic RelationshipsCollaborate with Division and Region management teams to drive improvements in safety and financial results.

Participate in national efforts to optimize Enterprise Resource Planning systems like SAP, High Radius, and PowerBI.Monitor market trends and developments within the industrial gas and distribution sector to identify opportunities and threats.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and leadership roles in a complex organizational structure.
Proficiency in PowerBI, SAP/BPI, and Google Applications.


Special RequirementsHybrid work schedule:
3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Required domestic travel:
