- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition team to leverage events as opportunities to engage with diverse talent and promote our employer brand.
- Attend events as a representative of the company to network with potential candidates, share information about job opportunities, and facilitate connections.
- Lead the planning and execution of events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and networking sessions to support Global Talent Acquisitions DEI recruiting strategy.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, budget management, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination.
- Develop and implement DEI strategies to ensure that events are inclusive and accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with internal DEI committees or task forces to incorporate best practices and innovative approaches into event planning processes to provide opportunities to engage with future talent.
- Work with content creators and speakers to curate diverse and inclusive event programs that reflect a wide range of perspectives and experiences.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions to educate event participants on DEI topics and promote dialogue and understanding.
- Build relationships with diverse communities and organizations to promote events and encourage participation from underrepresented groups.
- Solicit feedback from participants to continuously improve the inclusivity and effectiveness of events.
- Develop Strategy around ROI metrics for events and evaluation tools to measure the impact of DEI initiatives on event outcomes.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives or relevant applicable experience
- Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of implementing diverse hiring strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and partner with both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion in recruitment (e.g., EEOC guidelines).
- Requires 25% travel
- Prior experience overseeing events steering committee.
- Deep understanding of DEI principles and their application in event management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:
