Protects and controls specific game assigned Conducts the games in accordance with policies and procedures at a fair and consistent pace by prompting players to act in a timely manner Makes the appropriate announcements including exposed cards bets raises and the number of players in the hand Ensures that each player puts the proper amount of chips in the pot
Responsibilities
- Notifies the Floor Lead of any irregularities Advises the Floor Lead of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game Informs the Floor Lead of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action Creates an atmosphere of Fun Integrity Respect Service and teamwork for all team members and casino guests at all times Maintains a professional departmental company community reputation Uses A.C.T. standards at all times while maintaining a professional friendly courteous atmosphere Enthusiastically seeks opportunities to inform guests team members about special promotions upcoming events services Maintains knowledge promotes departmental property-wide promotions through Flight Checks communications standards Maintains current knowledge local jurisdiction gaming laws federal state compact etc attendant regulations internal controls policies procedures Understands promotes teamwork maintaining cleanliness Poker Room washing cards when assigned Actively supports Floor running chips seating players assisting guest service needs Follows established rotation break procedures confirms with Floor prior leaving room Assists notifying Floor Host comps player card reprints guest service recovery as needed Follows Title 31 internal control requirements assigned Performs other duties assigned May provide relief support Floor Lead tasks when assigned properly trained.
