In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Setting up and breaking down the buffet line before and after each show
• Monitoring food levels during service and restocking dishes as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, service areas,
and buffet line
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicating with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth
and timely service
