    General GovernmentRange: 14/17Job DescriptionATTENTION ALASKA RESIDENTS ONLYThe Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Measurement Standards & Commercial Vehicle Compliance (MSCVC), is looking for a Grants Administrator 1/2 to help us Keep Alaska MovingWhat you will be doing:The Grants Administrator 1/2 position is required to interpret, explain, and apply grant-related laws, regulations, or policy guidance documents to ensure that assigned programs comply with state and federal requirements.

    This position is responsible for the Unified Carrier Registration program and tasks in support of the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP).

    Duties include writing federal grants, supporting Commercial Vehicle Compliance programs and grants, managing contracts and procurement, preparing written and electronic reports, coordinating meetings and trainings, and assisting industry with compliance.

    This position is located in South Anchorage in the Huffman Business Park. Work hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
