- Provide administrative support to attorney and his associate to enhance office effectiveness.
- Organize and undertake marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and organize office operations and procedures.
- Ensure client invoices are issued and paid on time.
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
- Proven working experience as a Legal Operations or Law Office Manager
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Computer literacy - particularly with Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of case management software
