Position Overview:

Take charge of our night shift maintenance team. You'll directly impact production efficiency, safety, and cost control. Proactive maintenance, skilled troubleshooting, and developing your team are key to success

What You'll Do:


Lead the Maintenance Charge:
Oversee equipment upkeep, installation, and repairs, aiming for continuous improvement.

Maximize Uptime:
Analyze downtime trends, prioritize repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs.

Champion Safety & Efficiency:
Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and efficient use of resources.

Develop Your Team:
Train, motivate, and coach technicians to excel in their roles.

Problem-Solver Extraordinaire:
Utilize blueprints, schematics, and your technical know-how to ensure equipment runs smoothly.

Your Qualifications:


Education:
High school diploma or GED
Experience: 3+ years of maintenance experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of preventative maintenance, electrical, and electronic principles.

Bonus:
Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.

Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:45 am, 4x4 schedule, with premium pay for unscheduled shifts

Salary:
$75,000 - $90,000, direct placement, full benefits, lucrative 401K
