    To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

  • Evaluate production set-ups to ensure quality requirements are met by performing 1st piece approvals for production.
  • Monitor, support & assist in product Escalation, Isolation & Containment of defective material.
  • Assist Operations in ensuring Production Operators are completing the required quality inspections (hourly checks/active inspection).
  • Create/Issue QC Alerts & updated alert history, place within specific job book and review with Associates & Supervisors.
  • Monitors and maintains Offline Containment area (adhering to materials scheduling, providing guidance to employees, reporting any issues to Quality Manager).

    This full-time, hourly role is a part of our team and reports to the Quality Manager. The hourly wage for this position is $22.50.
    Required experience:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in field: 1-2 years experience in related field. Experience using micrometers, calipers, scales, taper gauges, and high gauges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
