    Job summary

    Senior Specialist - Client interfacing, requirements receiving & analyzing, task prioritizing, L3 troubleshooting, issue resolution in timely fashion configuration, customization, and maintain of JIRA & Confluence.



    Required Skills:
    JIRA Development, LINUX Database


    Job summary :

    • JIRA development - advance workflow configuration, groove scripting experience in validation, condition & post function configuration, issue, screens, permission, notification configuration
    • JIRA - Support and Review Current Requirements work , recommend Requirements & best practices
    • JIRA & Confluence installation, configuration, maintenance, administration
    • Perform a Current state assessment of JIRA
    • Analyze the current workflows in JIRA and recommend improvements
    • Users & Group configuration for JIRA & Confluence.
    • Confluence site space, page, workflow, and template creation
    • Database & Linux OS knowledge
    • Integration with other Atlassian tools
    • SDLC Process Knowledge (good to have);
    • Any other Atlassian tools knowledge (good to have)
    • Good communication skill
    • Good team player

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure and maintain JIRA & Confluence
    • Issue types, workflows, screens, configurations, fields, permission schemes, notifications, templates, etc.
    • Create & develop groovy script for integration and workflow automation
    • JIRA & Confluence administration
    • Backup and restoration, re-indexing, user administration
    • Install & upgrade JIRA/Confluence system
    • L3 level troubleshooting JIRA & Confluence
